Diabetic Breakfast Egg & Bread Ingredients And Preparations

Ingredients:
Eggs, beaten - 2
Nonfat milk - 0.3 cup
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 0.15 tsp
French bread - 10 slices (3/4-inch thick rounds)

Instructions:
- In a shallow dish, combine eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Dip bread slices into milk mixture, coating both sides.
- Allow excess to drain.
- Place slices on a nonstick baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated 400 degree F. oven for 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Makes 10 baguette slices,
